  • Full Occupancy 7-12 maximum people

TRANQUILITY STAY PACKAGE:

  • Occupancy up to 6 People

  • One full-time staff

  • Property manager

 

All stays are a 7 day minimum with the option to add days at a pro-rated daily rate. There is a 12.5% Virgin Island Rental Tax that is not included in the base rates.
