LUXURY SERVICES
& ADD-ONS

Services included in your Almost Heaven experience:

DAILY HOUSEKEEPING:​

  • general tidying

  • dish cleaning

  • dinner table preparation

  • evening roll-down bed service​

FOOD & BAR SERVICE: 

  • Staff will serve and assist with meals, snacks, and beverages (if provided by guest)​

SHOPPING/PRE-STOCKING:

  • Staff will shop for and stock food and beverage items requested in advance.

  • Guests are responsible for the full cost of all groceries, beverages, and other essentials.​

LAUNDRY SERVICE

  • Light laundry for guests is included. Dry cleaning is not available.

  • Laundry service is not provided on arrival or departure days.

CONCIERGE SERVICE:

  • coordinating activities

  • restaurant reservations

  • excursions

  • transportation

  • and more!

  • Guests are responsible for all costs of activities, reservations, excursions, and services booked through the concierge.​

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TRANSPORTATION: (included once per stay)

  • One-time group transfer for up to 12 guests plus luggage, from the St. Thomas airport to the villa on arrival day, and back on departure day. This includes ferry transport to and from St. John.

  • Any additional guests must arrive independently via the St. John passenger ferry terminal.

  • All travel arrangements must be confirmed and finalized prior to the stay.

The following services are available upon request for an additional charge:

FULL-TIME PRIVATE CHEF:

  • Weekly rate to be quoted at time of booking

 

PART-TIME PRIVATE CHEF:

  • Rate to be quoted per meal or per day.

 

All food and beverage costs are the responsibility of the guest.
